OUR PROGRAMS: THREE'S

Step into the World of Our Preschoolers at CarePlay

At CarePlay, we invite you to see the classroom through the eyes of your child! Our vibrant, experiential learning environment is designed to ignite curiosity and creativity in every little explorer. Through a dynamic blend of art, music, movement, technology, and drama, children’s imaginations are captured and nurtured.

Our dedicated educators create enriching experiences that promote self-exploration, build self-confidence, and lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. In the preschool classroom, children begin developing essential skills such as letter and number recognition, pre-writing and reading skills, sequencing, and patterning—all while engaging in meaningful play.

We view each child as a unique individual and encourage them to grow into responsible, independent problem-solvers from the earliest stages. Our program fosters collaboration and community, with children participating in both large and small group activities. Whether it’s dramatic play, arts and crafts, sensory experiences, or outdoor play, we provide a rich variety of learning opportunities that stimulate both their minds and bodies.

Our curriculum is designed to support the whole child—cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development—ensuring that every child is prepared for the next step in their educational journey. Through a balance of structured learning and free exploration, we help children develop the skills they need for a successful transition to VPK.

At CarePlay, we believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and above all, meaningful

Activities Include:

Dramatic Play & Arts and Crafts: Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and teamwork. Children in Preschool take pride in using open ended materials to create meaningful work

Sensory Experiences: Helping children explore the world through touch, sight, and sound to develop cognitive and motor skills.

Motor Development: Fostering gross and fine motor skills through both indoor and outdoor play. In preschool children will have an opportunity to expand on their current skills by cutting manipulating playdoh, using mark making tools to aid in handwriting and mastering self-help skills such as doing up zippers, buttons and laces that all involve well developed fine motor skills.

Field Trips & Outdoor Adventures: Expanding learning beyond the classroom with exciting in school field trips and special theme days and exciting adventures
Learning: At this stage we begin working on more advanced concepts with our preschoolers such as handwriting, letter recognition, beginning sight words. Keeping in mind that we work and can master ALL these skills through play based learning.

At three years old, children are at a crucial stage of development where they begin to explore the world around them with increasing curiosity and independence. We believe this is the perfect time to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and positive interactions, three-year-old’s develop essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and cooperation. Our teachers guide our preschoolers as they build self-confidence, learn to express their feelings, and strengthen their ability to share and work with others. With the right support, our children thrive in an environment that nurtures their natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
