OUR PROGRAMS: INFANT

The Infant Program
(Coming 2025!)

The Infant Program at CarePlay offers a thoughtfully designed environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and a sense of security. With a highly attentive teacher-to-child ratio we ensure each infant receives individualized care in a warm, home-like setting. Our program caters to infants from 12 weeks to 12 months, creating an environment that eases the transition from home to childcare while aligning with each child's unique schedule, including nap times, play sessions, and feeding routines.

At the core of our approach is the creation of a nurturing atmosphere where babies develop a sense of trust and autonomy. Through carefully selected toys, games, and musical activities, infants are encouraged to explore their world, develop early language skills, and take their first steps toward independence.

Our staff works in close partnership with families, ensuring that each infant’s needs are met, particularly during the transition phase, which we tailor to each child's unique temperament.

Our Educators have specialized training to care for infants that includes feeding, safety and safe sleep practices. Our Centre strives to create a calm, nurturing and secure atmosphere for our tiniest learners, promoting their exploration and development in a loving and protected setting.

Join our family to experience a joyful, developmental journey where your child’s first discoveries are supported by love, attention, and personalized care.

We have been offering high quality infant care at our Toronto location for 13 years. We are specialists in infant care and can’t wait to care for your most precious possessions using our most stringent standards of care.

Baby Signs:

Language development is a defining moment in a child’s academic journey. When babies can express their needs as young as 3 months old, it limits their frustration, builds confidence, and lays the foundation for language development. The Baby Signs curriculum in our Infant program is founded in scientific research. Our educators take the 10 fundamental signs and layer on additional words each month to increase their breadth of understanding. By the end of the program, infants will be exposed to 15 essential signs
